PURPOSE:To obtain a center dough free from blowing off in the baking process, by mixing an appropriate amount of potato with the chief material comprising fruits or vegetables containing large quantities of water or the processed products therefrom. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a chief material is prepared by incorporating seasonings and/or food additives as needed, into fruits or vegetables as the base of the taste, or the processed products therefrom. Thence, 20-80wt.% of this chief material is homogeneously mixed with 5-50wt.% of potato to obtain the objective center dough. |
