PURPOSE:To obtain the title yarn feeling warn with bulkiness and pongee fashion, by feeding, under specified conditions, filament yarn to knotted spun yarn in the twisting region of false twist processing to wind the filament yarn on said knotted spun yarn while forming the section to be wound. CONSTITUTION:A filament yarn is fed to knotted spun yarn in the twisting region of false twist processing at an overfeed rate of >=40% from the final yarn feed guide >=30mm apart from the travelling line of said spun yarn to alternately form single winding sections and triple winding sections. Along with the above-mentioned process, the filament yarn is wound on said knotted spun yarn thus obtaining the objective fancy yarn. The raw material for said knotted spun yarn is pref. a synthetic fiber with an average fiber length of >=51mm and boiling water shrinkage of 4-7%. The fineness of said knotted spun yarn is pref. 20-50'S. |
