The liquid resin which is same with the insulator resin is spread on the commutator segments (1) and bushing (11) surface and the insulator resin (13) is injected to increase the combining strength between the commutator segments, bushing and the insulating resin. The projection (3) for reinforcing the combining strength is buried by the resin injection to improve the mechanical combining force of segment.
