PURPOSE:To obtain especially a wide visual field width without increasing the number of oscillators more than the number of the oscillators of a standard probe by equipping a probe to make the width of the oscillator different approximately in proportion to the visual field width for a necessary visual field width and obtaining the different necessary visual field width, respectively. CONSTITUTION:For the focusing state of the ultrasonic wave of a standard probe 12 when the same delay circuit is used and a wide visual field probe 11 of the same frequency, the distance up to the focusing point of the wide visual field probe 11 is further increased and the picture quality of the fault image of a sharrow position is lowered a little. For the resolution of the scanning direction, when the wide visual field probe 11 is used, the minimum dissolving distance in the scanning direction is larger only by the part D/D to increase the visual field width, the resolution is lowered and both practically have no problems. Consequently, by changing the width of the oscillator, even if, fact to change the distance up to the focusing point is allowed, and then, the same delaying time group can be used, and without adding the hands to a diagnosing device main body almost and changing the type of the cable of the probe, the visual field width can be expanded. |
