PURPOSE: To reduce an absorbing tendency of a liquid into a packing substance by disposing a coating of the substance for absorbing a color layer hardening electrons directed at a packing laminate toward a color layer carrying layer between a fibrous layer and the color layer carrying layer. CONSTITUTION: An additional layer 14 is constituted of a substance for absorbing electrons for hardening a color composition applied toward a direction of a colored part-containing plastic layer 7. And, a fault of increasing a moisture absorbability of a packing material through electron irradiation can be eliminated by a simple method for giving the layer 14 disposed between an inner fibrous base layer 5 and the liquid-tight layer 7 applied on the color layer 8 to a packing material. Thus, the packing container manufactured by the packing material can reduce a liquid absorbing tendency into the packing substance.
