PURPOSE:To enhance productivity and to reduce production cost with a simple device by sticking multilayered films formed by forming a reflecting film on a transparent film, then forming an adhesive layer thereon to a resin layer of a molded disk and cutting the laminate to a disk size. CONSTITUTION:The transparent substrate 2 formed with rugged information pits is formed by using polycarbonate. On the other hand, the reflecting films 3 are formed by forming a vapor deposited aluminum layer 4 on a polyester film 6, then providing the adhesive layer 12 consisting of a transparent acrylic system thereon. After the films 3 are thermally adhered onto the substrate 2, the films 3 are trimmed to the size of the molded disk and further, a label 8 is printed on the films 3. This disk has air layers 10 in the pit parts and reads information by detecting the phase difference between the layer 10 and the resin layer 2. The productivity is thereby enhanced and the production cost is reduced by using the simple device. |
