摘要 PURPOSE:To form a high-density image with superior gradation, by laminating a heat melting ink layer having a plurality of fine porous structures on a supporting member and, including plasticizer into a structure of said ink layer close to said supporting member. CONSTITUTION:An ink layer 2 on a supporting member 1 is constituted by a plurality of layers. For example, the ink layer 2 is constituted by an ink layer 3 including a plasticizer in a resinous fine porous structure and an ink layer 4 without plasticizer included. In the ink layer 3 having the plasticizer included in the resinous fine porous structure, the plasticizer is included by 5-80 pts.wt. per 10 pts.wt. of the resin forming the fine porous structure, preferably, by 10-50 pts.wt. In comparison with a prior art ink layer in a single lamination, the heat-sensitive transfer recording medium of this invention in a multilayered structure can display a fine textured vivid image with faithful gradation on a screen for representing the image on an enlarged scale.
