发明名称 SINTERED MATERIAL HAVING HIGH CORROSION RESISTANCE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a sintered material having excellent strength, hardness, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and heat resistance, by sintering a mixed raw material powder containing specific amounts of ZrB2 and Cr3C2. CONSTITUTION:A sintered material consisting of ZrB2 and Cr3C2 and obtained by sintering a mixed raw material powder containing >=50wt.% of ZrB2 and Cr3C2 at weight ratio of ZrB2:Cr3C2 of 99.5-50:0.5-50 (total:100). In the used ZrB2 and Cr3C2, e.g., in Cr3C2, chromium carbide such as Cr7C3 or Cr4C, or Cr or C may be contained. Used ZrB2 and Cr3C2 have both >=99% purity and <=10mu, preferably >=1mu average particle size. The aimed sintered material is used for e.g., jig (nozzle or weir material) for rapidly cooled solidification method for producing amorphous metal alloy, extrusion dies for metal processing, jig (crucible or mold material) for melting a metal or glass, protecting pipe related to electrode and steel used under high temperature for gas arc welder or level sensor.
