摘要 |
PURPOSE:To realize high output by performing heating under vacuum or inactive gas environment after irradiating electronic rays exceeding a specific value to an artificial synthetic Ib type diamond with a specific range of nitride concentration. CONSTITUTION:By using an artificial synthetic Ib type diamond wherein the nitride concentration within material original stone is 1X10<17>-8.5X10<19>atom/cm<2>. electronic of 5X10<17> electrons/cm<2> or more are irradiated to this diamond. Then, heating treatment is performed within a temperature a range of 1400-1850 deg.C under a vacuum of 1Torr or less or in inactive gas environment or heat treatment is performed under an ultra-high pressure and temperature of 3.0GPa and 150 deg.C or more. Thus, by using a diamond which is not used as a laser medium, a high-output and wavelength-variable solid laser element can be obtained at an area close to infrared rays. |
