<p>PURPOSE:To increase the field of applications and at the same time to improve the operability of a touch panel by using a panel which has a wiring formed with pitches of each character and is capable of inputting the character informa tion and a panel having a wiring formed with pitches of each dot and capable of inputting a character recognizing pattern. CONSTITUTION:A touch panel part B is adhered onto a display matter A made of a liquid crystal for display of screens. The part B is constituted of two transparent plates. One of both transparent plates includes the vertical conduction lines A1-AN and D1-DN and the other plate has the horizontal conduction lines B1-BN and C1-CN respectively. The lines A1-AN and B1-BN are formed on the upper surface of both plates corresponding to the display part of the character information on the display body A with pitches for each character for input of the character information. While the lines C1-CN and D1-DN are formed at one corner of the part B with pitches of each dot for the input of a character recognizing pattern. In such a constitution, the field of applications can be increased together with the improvement of the operability for a touch panel.</p> |
