PURPOSE:To make a detection possible even in a case of food which will be completed in a condition under which the humidity cannot be detected by a sensor by preventing the heat generated by burning-cleaning of the humidity sensor from affecting the detection by a thermistor. CONSTITUTION:A heating means 15 that heats a heated object 17 is controlled by a controller 14, and gas or steam generated during the process of heating the heated object is detected by a humidity sensor 18. A heater disposed in the proximity of the sensor 18 burn-cleans the contaminant adhering to the sensor 18, and the temperature of the heated object is directly or indirectly detected by a thermistor 19. In this instance, the thermistor 19 is so arranged that the heat by the burning cleaning of the sensor 18 does not affect the detection by the thermistor 19. As a result, even if the detection by the sensor 18 is not possible, the detection is yet conducted by the thermistor 19, allowing the detection even in a case of food which is completed in a condition under which the detection is not possible by a humidity sensor. |
