PURPOSE:To detect malfunction of pressure regulator and to prevent increase of hydraulic pressure in a hydraulic pressure tube, during operation, by providing a pressure regulator to be controlled of opening through a link mechanism by means of a dash pot servo motor, guide vane servo motor, pressure detector, etc. CONSTITUTION:Under malfunction of pressure regulator 4, a solenoid valve 42 in a pressure oil feeding conduit 46 is excited in arrow direction 52 thereby the pressure in a conduit 44 for operating the pressure regulator 4 to be controlled by a dash pot motor 40 through a link mechanism 5 in opening direction will increase. Upon detection of pressure level exceeding over predetermined level the pressure detector 44b will function to excite a solenoid valve 29 in the control system for guide vane servo motor 20 thus to function the throttle valve 37 in arrow direction 37 and to control the flow in the conduit 26a. Consequently, the operating time of guide vane servo motor 20 is lengthened to provide slow motion of guide vane 2 resulting in prevention of hydraulic pressure rise in the hydraulic pressure tube. |
