PURPOSE:To avoid the misrecognition, the overlooking, etc., of programs, to perform the quick and accurate comparison of programs, and to accurately set a revision control program by using a CPU to read out the reference and revision control programs and to compare both programs with each other and displaying the result of this comparison on a display device. CONSTITUTION:A programmable controller PC 1 is connected to a main body part 50 of a comparing device 2 via a transmission line 3 and a reference pro gram is previously stored in a memory of the PC 1 in a correctable way. The main body 50 contains a keyboard 70 which delivers the signals in response to the operation of buttons and a program storing device 90 which receives the reference program from the CP 1 and stores this. Then, a CPU 56 of the main body 50 reads out the reference program and a revision control program and compares them with each other. Then, the CPU 56 displays the result of said comparison on a display device 55 to avoid the misrecognition, the overlooking, etc., of programs. Then, the comparison is quickly and accurately carried out between both programs and the revision control program is properly set. |
