<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a high selectivity in a wide flow rate of an energy converter by allowing an energy converter to pass a first through hole of a honey-comb catalyst member and imparting thermal energy discharged by the contact with the catalyst to a thermal energy absorbing fluid passing a second through hole through the diaphragm of the through hole. CONSTITUTION:Each of through holes of a honeycomb catalyst member has a corresponding diameter of 1-30mm, and an opening degree of 20-95%. First and second through holes are constituted such that thermal energy discharged by an isomerization of a strain cyclinc compound which is an energy converter in the first through hole, is imparted to an energy absorbing fluid flowing through the second through hole through the diaphragm of the through hole. As the energy converter, a substance preforming an isomerization reaction such as quadricyclane-norvolnadiene system, substituted-quadicyclane-substituted norvolnadiene system or the like, can be used.</p> |
