发明名称 CROSS FIN TUBE TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to increase the heat transfer rate of a fin and thereby improve heat exchange capability to a great extent by a method wherein in respect to the center line of the row of heat transfer tubes, cut and raised parts arranged near the center line are formed at smaller intervals in a longitudinal direction than those of cut and raised parts arranged apart from the center line and also the flow path of an air stream is formed between each end of the cut and raised parts and a collar. CONSTITUTION:In respect to the center lines H-H, I-I in the respective rows of heat transfer tubes 9, cut and raised parts 7-2 in short length provided on the central sides of said center lines and cut and raised parts 7-1 in long length provided on both sides of the cut and raised parts 7-2 are arranged on a fin 6 in a zigzag pattern in the same manner as the heat transfer tubes 9. In this case, both of a C air stream, which flows in through the cut and raised parts 7-1, 7-2, and a D air stream, which passes between peripheral part of the heat transfer tubes 9 and the end of the cut and raised parts 7-1, pass through the place of high resistance of air flow and the place of low resistance thereof alternatingly and pass above the cut and raised parts effective for heat transfer alternatingly, whereby the total heat transfer rate can be increased to a great extent. On the other hand, the total resistance of air flow does not increase much. According to these arrangements, the heat exchange capability of the whole heat exchanger can be greatly improved.
