The system is characterised in that the device for moving a blade comprises an articulated arm with at least two branches 13, 14, which is hinged at one end onto the said rear support structure 4 and at its other end onto the blade, and a device 18, 19 to control the pivoting of the articulated arm, of the type with actuators which are hydraulic advantageously.
