摘要 PURPOSE:To secure the safety of a plant by using an abnormality diagnosing device to decide the presence or absence of the abnormality of a process plant and reasoning an operating method necessary to attain the set operating target by a reasoning device to control the plant operation via a controller based on said operating method. CONSTITUTION:Many plant data PD detected by a process detector of an atomic power plant are supplied in real time to a data input device 60. An abnormality diagnosing device 61 checks the presence or absence of the abnormality of the data PD received from the device 60 based on the abnormality diagnosing standard. When the device 61 diagnoses the presence of the abnormality, an operating target is set so that the abnormal state is recovered to a normal state. While the relation between the energy flowing to an equipment of the plant and the state of this equipment is stored in a knowledge base 64 connected to a reasoning device 62 in the form of a knowledge base. This base data is supplied to the device 62 together with the data PD received from the device 60 and the operating target given from the device 61. Thus the device 62 reasons the operating method to attain the operating target. Then a controller 65 controls the plant.
