PURPOSE:To permit an easy coupling of a pair of containers, by imparting to a locking body a rotational force in the locking direction and, at the same time, releasing a rotation stopper by the engagement of the inner periphery of an engaging hole with the lower tapered surface of the locking body and rotating the locking body in the locking direction by the resilient force of a spring. CONSTITUTION:The upper inserting shaft 2 of an upper locking body 8 is inserted into an engaging hole 32 at the underside of an above container 30 with a lever 10 held in contact with one end of a lever inserting hole 11, thereby releasing the force exerted by the lever 10. A shaft 7 is rotated by the resilient force of a spring 12 and, when the end of an engaging pin 22 engages with the end of an engaging recess 24, a fillet (a) of the locking body 8 engages with the periphery of the upper opening of the engaging hole 32, whereby the rear portion (b) of a lower locking body 9 extends beyond a guide surface 4 of the lower inserting shaft 3. When the above container 30 is moved downwards and the locking body 9 is dropped into the engaging hole 32 at the upper fillet of an under container 30, a rotation stopper is released by engagement of the inner periphery of the engaging hole 32 with a lower tapered surface 13 and the locking body 9 is turned to a locking position by the resilient force of the spring 12, thereby coupling the above and under containers 30 together. |
