<p>PURPOSE:To carry out a safe desulfurization control by providing an upper limit setting unit for exhaust gas, a rate restricting unit setting a treatment gas quantity at the starting of the desulfurization apparatus, and a low value selecting unit selecting the lower value between an output signal of the rate restricting unit and a treatment gas requiring signal. CONSTITUTION:In a normal operation, the treatment gas requiring signal 11 is compared with the output signal 27 of the rate restricting unit 26 (in this case, the output signal of an upper limit air quantity setting unit 22 in the state when the rate time is up.) by the low value signal selecting unit 28 where the lower value signal is selected to be made into a setting signal 29. On the other hand, the setting signal 29 is compared with the flow rate of the treated gas by a treated gas flow rate controller 12 to control the opening of the control damper 4 at the inlet of a desulfurization blower.</p> |
