<p>PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous input to a Newton ring and a touch panel by providing a spacer at a position overlapping vertically an insulation spacer on one surface of a transparent touch panel. CONSTITUTION:Two transparent electrode sheets 4 and 4' wherein transparent electrodes 3 and 3' are formed on films 2 and 2' of transparent quality, are used and so formed via an insulation spacer 5 that the transparent electrode faces 3 and 3' will be opposite to each other. A Newton ring prevention spacer 8 fitted to a touch panel is positioned in a vertical direction overlapping in part the insulation spacer 5 via the transparent electrode 4' at the side of a material surface 9. When the spacer 8 is fitted at the aforementioned position, there occurs no input error due to deformation contact.</p> |
