摘要

PURPOSE:To cut various kinds of materials efficiently by attaching a supersonic generator to a work shaft while providing a wire feeding device for the purpose of pressing and sliding many lines of wires onto a work. CONSTITUTION:Many lines of wires 11 are pressed and slid against a work 4 with an endless type wire feeding device. Still more, with a motor 7, together with turning the work 11 around the axial line of the motor, the work 4 is given with supersonic torsional or longitudinal vibration with a supersonic torsional or longitudinal vibration generator 2 provided on one end of a work shaft 1 via a vibration horn 3 on the other end of the work shaft 1. As a result thereof, the work 4 can be cut into many pieces by the wire 11 in high efficiency and still in high accuracy with no relation to its construction material.
