<p>A plaster or rendering composition suitable for wall surfaces and comprising cement, hydrated lime, vermiculite and perlite together with a mouldicide and/or fungicide. The invention also provides for the use of a set composition comprising cement, inert filler and polymer adhesive component(s) in forming a hydraulic seal between a wall and a floor in a building. The invention further provides a system useful in controlling conditions of damp and/or mould in wall plasters or renderings which comprises said plaster or rendering component plus said set composition and preferably also including a fungicidal and/or mouldicidal acrylic emulsion for use in coating said plaster or rendering component.</p> |
