<p>A circuit arrangement for a circuit-controlled flow probe comprises a bridge circuit whose diagonal voltage can be applied to a control circuit member to which high-voltage pulses for the flow probe are fed and which controls the heating power supplied to the flow probe and emits an output signal proportional to the mass of air flowing around the flow probe. A first control circuit receives heating voltage pulses (UT) and emits a first output signal (Ua1) derived from the diagonal voltage. A second control circuit receives the first output signal (Ua1) and an input signal (v2UR), which is a function of the heating voltage pulses (UT), a reference value (UR), the first output signal (Ua1) and the input signal (v2UR).</p> |
