<p>During the optimization interval (I, II) predetermined by the heart pace-maker (H), the stimulation frequency (f) is subjected to multiple periodic changes and the heart minute volume-dependent value in each phase is measured in phase synchronization to establish whether or not the change in stimulation frequency (f) is accompanied by a change in the heart minute volume-dependent measured value. An optimization controller (11) influences a characteristic curve of the relationship between the control value and the stimulation frequency in accordance with the change in the measured value (ΔM).</p> |
