<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a safe and good denture having a nail unnecessary for suturing a dental root/periosteum release part after the incision of a dental root, by providing a crown-shape rotary saw having a diameter almost same to that of a spike whose leading end is formed into a convex spherical surface and a convex spherical surface- shape rotary file for forming the bottom surface of a drilled hole into a concave spherical shape and allowing the cauterizing part of an electric iron to coincide with the inlet part of the drilled hole. CONSTITUTION:The base part 5' of a crown-shape rotary saw 5 is mounted to the leading end mount part of a dental flexible rotary shaft and a drilled hole 2 is bored in a jawbone 15 by the rotary saw 5 through a dental root 11 and the periosteum 12. Next, the base part 7' of a rotary file 7 is mounted to the leading end mount part of the flexible rotary shaft and the file 7 is inserted in the drilled hole 2 and rotated to form the bottom surface of the hole 2 into a concave spherical surface 6 so as to bring said surface 6 into contact with the convex spherical surface 4 at the leading end of a spike 3. The cauterizing part 9 of an electric iron 8 is heated in this state to be brought into contact with the inlet part of the drilled hole 2, and the dental root 11 of the inner periphery of the inlet part and the periosteum 12 are cauterized to be bonded and sutured.</p> |
