PURPOSE:To form a uniform film having no irregularity by providing a cylindrical agitating jig between the internal surface of a tank for coating and a conductive base. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical agitating jig 2 is provided between the internal surface of the tank 3 for coating and the external surface of a cylindrical support 1 so as to suppress the recoagulation and concentration irregularity of a photosensitive material contained in coating liquid 4. This agitating jig 2 is shaped preferably by providing a ring-shaped driving gear 5 which has a larger opening part than the external diameter of the cylindrical support 1 at the upper part and an agitating blade 8 for agitating the coating liquid is fixed longitudinally to the upper driving gear 5 and dipped in the coating liquid 4. For the purpose, the agitating jig 2 is driven by a driving motor to agitate the coating liquid in the coating tank 3 uniformly on the whole, thereby suppressing the recoagulation and concentration irregularity of the coating liquid. Consequently, a uniform photosensitive layer having no irregularity can be formed. |
