PURPOSE:To prevent the increase of a residual chloroform in a liquid beverage and the putrefaction of the liquid beverage by disposing an alkali ion refreshing device for the drinking water between a drinking water supply source and a mixing chamber and supplying the formed alkali ion water to the mixing chamber. CONSTITUTION:The drinking water supplied from the drinking water supply source 11 is filtered in a filter 12, thereafter fed to the alkali ion refreshing device 13 and herein electrolyzed into alkali ion water and acid ion water. The alkali ion water is supplied to a heat exchanger tank 14 and stored while undergoing a heat exchanging operation such as a heating or a cooling. When a liquid beverage distributing command is issued, a prescribed material is supplied to the mixing chamber 16a through a chuter 18a from a material storing chamber 17a. A float switch 14c operated to move a float 14b and the prescribed quantity of the alkali ion water is supplied to the mixing chamber 16a through a heat exchange valve 15 from the heat exchanger tank 14. Thereby, a residual chlorine included in city water is completely removed according to the electrolysis. |
