PURPOSE:To prepare the above meat paste product preservable over a long period and suitable as an easily eatable small-sized field ration, eliminating the danger of secondary contamination, by filling a ground meat in a casing made of a thin film, automatically binding the mouth of the casing and heating the product. CONSTITUTION:Casings 3 made of a thin film such as a synthetic resin (e.g. vinylidene chloride resin) are suspended from attaching holes 2 bored on a table 1 of an automatic filling and binding machine A at regular intervals. Separately, meat of fish such as walleye pollack is ground with a stirring grinder and seasoned preferably with 2-3% of salt, etc., to obtain ground meat. The ground meat is filled in the casing by a subsidiary filling apparatus 4 and a main filling apparatus 6, formed in a spherical form of about 4cm in diameter, bound with a metallic ring 8 and taken out of the filling apparatus. The filled meat is heated by baking, boiling, steaming, etc., to obtain the objective meat paste product. |
