PURPOSE:To efficiently remove fur by incorporating a fur removal device in a gate type running frame and applying the fur removal process on the surface of a car body following the washing process. CONSTITUTION:While a gate type running frame 1 is being moved right, the front, both sides, and rear of a car body are washed with a pair of a top rotary brush 4 and a side rotary brush 5. After this washing process, while the running frame 1 is being moved right, a bubble-type fur removal liquid is sprayed from the brush 15 of a fur removal device and fur is removed while the said brush 15 is being slided to rub the surface of the car body. Then, while the running frame is being moved right, cleaning water is sprayed on the surface of the car body and the fur removal liquid adhering to the surface of the car body is washed with the paired top and side rotary brushes 4 and 5. subsequently, the surface of the car body is waxed and the car is dried by spraying pressurized air on the surface of the car body by means of air spraying nozzles 6 and 7 for drying. |
