This invention concerns egg rings such as are used to contain an egg during frying on a hotplate or pan. Known egg rings are essentially small metal cylinders which may or may not have an external handle, the invention is distinguished from these by being made of a band of flexible material (2) joined near both ends (3) by adhesive and terminating in pull tabs (4, 5), this allows the ends of the band to be separated, giving the advantage that it is easier to remove the egg after cooking and easier to clean the ring after use. |
