PURPOSE:To obtain an embedding material filling apparatus capable of preparing a casting mold generating no necessary cavity, by constituting said apparatus of a base stand, a container main body for mounting an implant ring and an embedding material mixing container for mounting an embedding material to the upper part of the container main body in an airtight manner and providing a suction port for evacuating the container main body to the base stand. CONSTITUTION:A mixing container 11 receiving an embedding material 6 mixed into a muddy state is pressed to the upper joint 34 of a container main body 31 to communicate with an opening 33 and a vacuum source is started to evacuate the internal space of the container main body 31 and the vibration generator 26 of a base stand 21 is operated. The container main body 31 and the mixing container 1 are slightly inclined in the outflow direction of the embedding material 6 to inject said embedding material 6 in an implant ring 5. Since the filling of the implant ring 5 with the embedding material 6 is performed under vacuum and proper vibration is given to the embedding material 6 by the vibration generator 26 incorporated in the base stand 21, the generation of an air bubble in the embedding material 6 allowed to fill the implant ring 5 is reduced and the periphery of a molded paraffin 3 can be filled without forming an unnecessary cavity. |
