PURPOSE:To continue communication by increasing the transmission output for both a base station and a mobile body terminal equipment during communication at present when the mobile body terminal equipment moves at the outside of the service area and the electric field strength of a radio wave sent from the mobile body terminal equipment is lowered. CONSTITUTION:A base station controller 6a measures an electric field strength of a communication channel 5a sent from a mobile body terminal equipment 3a communicated through a base station 2a at all times, and when the electric field strength is lowered than the predetermined value, the base station controller 6a sends electric field strength reduction information to an exchange 1 through the communication line 4a. When the exchange 1 judges it that the electric field strength of other base station is low and no communication channel is to be replaced to other base station, the transmission output of the mobile body radio equipment 8a of the mobile body terminal equipment 3a and the mobile body radio equipment 7a of the mobile body terminal equipment 2a is increased to keep the communication with the communication channel 5a not replaced. Thus, even if interrupted call is troublesome in case of urgent communication around the service area, the communication is continued. |
