A device for the injection of posts into ear lobes comprising retaining elements as well as a barrel with grip, with a bolt being disposed in the barrel, which can be cocked against a spring which is releasable by means of a release lever, and with retaining devices on which may be provided in front of the barrel end a post and, at a distance from it and aligned with it, a locking element, the retaining devices having fastening devices for the releasable fastening of the retaining elements which support the post or the locking element, characterized in that the locking element (37) and the post (36) are each disposed on retaining elements (32, 33) which can be plugged into each other and are movable in respect to each other such that the surfaces of the locking element (37) and the post (36) oriented towards the ear lobe have a sufficiently small outside distance (d) from each other, when taken out of the packaging and positioned in the device, that it is impossible to touch these surfaces, but that the retaining elements (32, 33) after insertion in the device can be adjusted to a selectable distance (D) conforming to the thickness of the respective ear lobe. |
