<p>The electrophoresis tanks are intended for migration media vertically located between two heat-conducting plates which are not electrically conductive, one of which is immersed in an anolyte and the other in a catholyte. Said tanks have a tank body composed of walls (1), comprising separations (2°) with apertures (3) with a vertical periphery between the compartments (4) which they separate, and/or comprising walls (1°) with apertures (3) the vertical periphery of which limits two compartments (4) which communicate by their surface. Said apertures may be closed by sandwich structures (5), consisting of a migration medium between two plates, applied at the level of the latter on one side of the separations (2°) or on the inner side of the walls (1°), the periphery of the sandwich structure (5) on the periphery of the apertures (3) with or without an inserted seal (6). Maintained by a suitable device (7), each sandwich structure (5) separates two compartments (4), the anode and cathode compartments, the electrolytes (8) of which wet each of its faces.</p> |
