PURPOSE:To provide a face lotion composed of a mixture of muscovado and SHOCHU (low-class distilled spirit) and an active extracted component of vegetable, exhibiting skin-protecting action and the action of active plant component and having durable humectant effect. CONSTITUTION:A mixed liquid cosmetic for skin is produced by extracting a plant component (e.g., sulfur-protein component of garlic) by the action of a mixed liquid of muscovado and SHOCHU. The mixture of muscovado and SHOCHU has extremely high tackiness and strong diffusing and impregnating action to cuticle to give a protecting film, prevents the evaporation of moisture from corneum, keeps the moisture-retaining effect, moisturizes the skin and gives a healthy skin. The aging of the skin tissue is prevented by the action of muscovado protein and sulfur-protein of garlic to promote the new formation of the skin. |
