PURPOSE:To prevent breakage and warp of thin films in baking by forming a cell with a solid electrolyte thin film, a fuel electrode thin film, an oxygen electrode thin film, an interconnector thin film, and a corrugated supporting thin film, and mixing ceramic fibers to some of these thin films. CONSTITUTION:A unit cell 21 is formed with a stacked film 25 comprising a solid electrolyte thin film 22, an oxygen electrode thin film, and a fuel electrode thin film 24 which are arranged on both sides of the thin film 22, and a stacked film 29 comprising an interconnector thin film 26, an oxygen electrode thin film 27, and a fuel electrode thin film 28 which are arranged on both sides of the thin film 26, and an oxidizing agent side supporting thin film 30 and a fuel side supporting thin film 31 which are sequentially inserted between stacked films 25, 29. More than one unit cells are connected in series to form a module 32, and ceramic fibers 33 are dispersed in each of the interconnector thin films, the oxidizing agent side supporting thin film 30, and the fuel side supporting thin film 31 to form the composite thin films. Breakage and warp of the thin films caused by shrinkage in baking can be prevented. |
