<p>PURPOSE:To improve the detection accuracy and durability of an assembly by detecting displacement corresponding to the acceleration of a displaced body by a displacement signal detection part in a noncontact state, and converting it into a displacement signal indicating the acceleration and outputting the signal. CONSTITUTION:When the acceleration alpha operates on the body 2, the displaced body 12 is displaced accordingly and the gate bias of an FET varies owing to lines of electric force operating on an electrode part 16 at this time. Consequently, a displacement signal outputted from between terminals 17b and 17c becomes a signal of low frequency which varies in a sine wave shape corresponding to low-frequency acceleration. Thus, the displacement signal of low frequency outputted by a displacement detection part 6 is utilized for the vibration reduction of body springs and axle springs of a vehicle and optimum control over suspension characteristics. Namely, this acceleration sensor I detects the displacement of the displaced body 12 based upon the vertical acceleration alphaof the vehicle body in an irregular land travel to improve the contactness.</p> |
