CONSTITUTION:The conductive base 1, the photosensitive layer 2, the charge holding layer 3, the intermediate layer 4 and the protective layer 5 are successively laminated on the electrophotographic sensitive body. The charge holding layer 3 is formed of the specific silicone resin layer and the compsn. after heating is composed of 55-88wt.% contents of silicon and oxygen, 10-30wt.% content of carbon, 1-10wt.% content of nitrogen, and 1-10wt.% content of hydrogen; in addition, the thickness thereof is specified to 100-2,000Angstrom . The intermediate layer 4 is formed of zirconium tetraquisacetonate contg. a silane coupling agent and the film thickness thereof is specified to 100-1,000Angstrom . |
