PURPOSE:To form a continuous casting nozzle preventing the segregation of a cast metal due to a structural change and the erosion of the inside of the nozzle and maintaining self-lubricity by using graphite having specified physical properties. CONSTITUTION:This continuous casting nozzle is formed with graphite having 100-140kcal/m.hr. deg.C heat conductivity at ordinary temp., 50-70kcal/m.hr. deg.C heat conductivity at 1,000 deg.C and 0.05-0.1 ratio (OIS/CIS) of the integrated intensity of OIS band to that of CIS band measured by X-ray photoelectric spectroscopic analysis(ESCA). |
