CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR REPAIRING MANHOLE

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of detachment of an existing foot holding step, by a method wherein the foot holding step is embedded by a biller and the curable resin infiltrated in a tubular lining material is subsequently cured to apply lining to the inner peripheral of a manhole and the filler at the region corresponding to the foot holding step is removed. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of foot holding steps 3... are provided to the inner peripheral surface of the manhole 2 opened to an existing pipe 1 in a protruding state in an up-and-down direction and embedded in a almost a chevron-shape by fillers 4< such as quick-setting cement or putty. The thermoset resin infiltrated in a tubular lining material 5 is heated by hot water to be cured and a rigid lining pie is formed to the inner peripheral surface of the manhole 2. The regions corresponding to the foot holding steps 3 of the tubular lining material 5 are cut are removed. The exposed fillers 4 are destructed to be removed. Detachment work and mounting work become unnecessary.
