<p>The invention relates to a process for detecting heart activity anomalies. A voltage signal (V) representing the heart activity is detected, the said signal is processed electronically (1) in such a way as to isolate the signal parts (V1, V2) of positive polarity and negative polarity situated, respectively, on either side of the isoelectric line of the heart activity curve, the integration (2a, 2b) of the said signal parts of positive polarity and of the said signal parts of negative polarity is carried out separately over a period corresponding to at least one heart activity cycle, each of the integration values obtained is compared (4a, 4b) to a reference value, and an alarm (5a, 5b) is triggered if at least one of the comparisons yields a difference signal. <IMAGE></p> |
