PURPOSE:To improve the electrical characteristic and heat resistance of the title capacitor, to form it in a chip and to make it small in size, by using a polymer of a halogen-substituted product of pyrrole. CONSTITUTION:Although a halogen-substituted product of pyrrole is unstable in the isolated state thereof, a polymer thereof obtained by polymerizing a compound expressed by the formula has a strong adhesion to a dielectric, and therefore an electrolyte layer having high conductivity is formed. In the formula, X denotes a halogen atom and (n) an integer of 1-4. As for the halogen- substituted product of pyrrole, 3-bromopyrrole, 3-iodopyrrole, etc., can be mentioned, and as for the substituted halogen atom, bromine is preferable in particular. The formation of a conductive macromolecular layer on the dielectric of a capacitor can be applied, for instance, to an element prepared by forming a dielectric layer of a tantalum oxide on the surface of a calcined product of tantalum by a chemical conversion treatment, or to an element having a structure wherein an anode body prepared by roughing the surface of an aluminum leaf and by forming the dielectric layer of an aluminum oxide on the surface by the chemical conversion treatment, cathode leaf and a separator are wound round, or the like. |
