CONSTITUTION:Respective kinds of information including the information related to the meals and the information related to the exercise are inputted by an input means 4. The amounts of the respective nutrients in the meals are calculated by a calculating means 70 based on the information related to the meals, energy quantity consumed by the exercise is calculated by the means 70 based on the information related to the exercise, and the excessive and insufficient amounts between the necessary amounts of the respective nutrients necessary for the person himself and the amounts of the nutrients actually taken by the person are calculated by the means 70 based on the information related to the meals and the information related to the exercise. Thereafter, the calculated results are displayed by display means 6 and 7 based on the information from the calculating means 70.
