PURPOSE:To widely deal with the subjects of different speeds by providing a means which synthesizes and outputs alternately at every one field a video signal that one of a left and a right video signals is delayed by one field period and the video signal not delayed by one field period, and outputting these two video signals at a time. CONSTITUTION:A right eye video signal (a) is inputted to the A-terminal of a selector switch 5b and a delay circuit 12, and after being delayed by one vertical period, it becomes the signal (c), and is inputted to the A-terminal of the selector switch 5a. A left eye video signal is inputted to the B-terminals of the selector switches 5a and 5b respectively. The selector switches 5a, 5b are switched by a field signal (d), and the video signals (e) and (f) are outputted. A right eye image pickup part 3b and a left eye image pickup part 2b are being synchronized by the signal (g). Accordingly, provided that an image is picked up by using a stereo image pickup device, and the respective signals outputted simultaneously from two outputs are recorded in two video tapes, a stereoscopic video signal suitable to the motion of the subject can be edited. |
