PURPOSE:To achieve the miniaturization of a multineedle electrode head and to prevent the remaining of dust generated during the feed of transfer paper on a contact electrode part, by arranging a plurality of contact electrodes to an end surface and providing an electrode driving part on a different surface. CONSTITUTION:Contact electrodes 4 are provided to the end surface of a multineedle electrode head 1 and receiving paper 7 is fed in a planar state and transfer paper 6 is fed along the contact electrodes 4 forming an apex at a predetermined angle to be suppressed in a planar expanse. An IC chip 9 equipped with a selective drive circuit of the contact electrodes 4 is mounted to the side surface of the multineedle electrode head 1 to make it possible to miniaturize said head 1. The electrode head can be easily manufactured by a mass production system by forming the metal layer 18 of a substrate consisting of the first metal layer 16, the second metal layer 18 and an insulating layer 17 into the contact electrodes and wiring patterns by photoengraving or etching and subsequently bending said substrate so as to position the contact electrodes at the end surface. |
