PURPOSE:To obtain the title hook improved in mechanical strength and cuttlefish taking, by conjugation between the head portion where a L-lettered hook element-embedded section and a head space have been formed into a unity and the main body with a space present therein. CONSTITUTION:The respective cavity end faces of a two-part mold 1, 1' for the head portion A of a hollow cuttlefish hook are provided with a leaking section 6 for fitting a pair of dies 2 so as to be free to insert and draw. Said mold 1, 1' is so designed that a mold 3 is formed so as to be moved in the direction of the lower part of a cavity 7 in order to form a head space 9 at said head A in the cavity 7. Thence, the loading section 6 of said mold 1, 1' is fitted, so as to be free to insert and draw, with a pair of dies 2 in such a state that a number of hook elements 4... are held internally. Also, the moving mold 3 is inserted into the cavity 7 followed by filling e.g., a polycarbonate resin to form the head portion A where the hook element 4-embedded section 5 and a head space 9 have been formed into a unity, and the hook element 4 is bent to a required angle. Thence, using other mold, the main body B of approximately conical shape with a space 10 internally held is formed. |
