PURPOSE:To prevent separation of water from the resultant jam and moisture from raising or gathering in coating, etc., by adding anhydrous crystal saccharides to an ordinary jam raw material. CONSTITUTION:This jam is formed by adding anhydrous crystal saccharides to an ordinary jam raw material. Alternatively, a formed jam capable of readily packaging, preserving and transporting without separating water in forming can be simply obtained by adding the anhydrous crystal saccharides to the ordinary jam raw material, forming and solidifying the resultant mixture into an optional shape. |
