PURPOSE:To execute the paint-out processing of a closed area at high speed by inverting binarization picture data, logically operating the label-numbered binary picture data and the binarization picture data of a processing object picture for the same data by a picture arithmetic means and preparing a paint- out picture, when the picture data of the closed area are painted out to 1. CONSTITUTION:When picture data of a closed area to execute a set painting-out is painted out to one, binary inverting data are inverted, and when the data are painted out to zero, the data are not inverted, the condition is maintained, a binary inverting picture 6 is generated, label-numbered at every same continuous data by a labeling means 7 and converted to labeling picture data 8. By a binarizing means 14, the data are divided into two of the picture data of a label number corresponding to the closed area and the picture data of the label number except it, converted to binarization picture data 15, a paint-out picture 17 is generated by a logic operation by a picture arithmetic means 16 with binary picture data 2 of a paint-out processing object picture, and the paint-out is executed. Thus, compared with the paint-out processing to execute the paint-out at every picture element, the closed area can be painted out at high speed. |
