PURPOSE:To prevent defects in coat, such as unevenness of coating stuck film thickness, strain of coat, crack of coating by mixing the specific coating powder with non-binding dry sand. CONSTITUTION:In a mold burying foaming resin pattern in the non-binding dry sand, the foaming resin pattern is buried in the molding sand mixing 5-20wt.% coating powder with the non-binding dry sand. After that, at the time of pouring molten metal, soot, liquid state tar and gas are discharged into the molding sand, and the casting without surface defect, burning of the sand and collapse of the shape is cast. |
