Benzoisothiazole oximes which are plant protection agents for control of fungi and bacteria

Derivatives of benzoisothiazole oxime which exhibit marked effect when used in plant protection agents for control of fungi and bacteria. They are of particular utility for the prevention of rice blast. The derivatives of benzothiazole oxime, according to this invention, are represented by the following general formula (I): <IMAGE> (I) wherein R1 is an alkyl group, and R2 is an alkyl, alkenyl, alkoxyalkyl or alkoxycarbonyl group, where R1 and R2 may be coupled together to form an alkylene chain.
